It's been 3 years since we moved in to our place with the help of TrueDoor Property Management and it's been a great experience so far. They have an amazing response time and their staff is always willing to help. The maintenance team is very professional and friendly, and the property manager is always available if I have any concerns. I'm very happy with this property management company.
Their online portal lets you pay your rent online and also open tickets when you need service.

All info was clearly exchanged.
I am comfortable with the changes coming March 1.

Jose at TrueDoor Property Management is excellent. He manages 2 of our properties, and he does a great job. My wife and I don't have to worry about anything when Jose is in charge because his attention to detail means that everything is handled quickly and efficiently. The things that TrueDoor Property Management has to deal with can be at times inconceivable. As the son of a tenant who resided within the Laguna Woods home community; Mahir really did help put the pieces together when it came down to handling small repairs. They are honest, clear, and they stick to their contractual agreements. (This is huge)

Jose Gomez is another person who tirelessly works to ensure that the TDM properties are properly and professionally rehabbed and maintained so that both the tenant and landlord are satisfied. It’s a very difficult thing to do when you’re stuck in the middle. Bravo I say to this wonderful team.

Only encouragement I would give as a son of a tenant who stayed here is, make sure you know who your landlord is, take the contractual agreement seriously, put everything in writing. This may save you in the long run.
