TrueDoor Property Management truly stands out, especially when facing challenges beyond the scope of normal operations. My property recently suffered considerable damage due to a fire, and TrueDoor Property Management played an instrumental role in resolving the issue with minimal involvement from me.

They assumed responsibility in coordinating all parties involved, including insurance and restoration companies, as well as the homeowner's association. Jose Gomez, the Maintenance Coordinator, showed exceptional dedication in overseeing the property's restoration to its original condition. Jose's responsiveness to questions and his consistent progress updates were impressive.

As an absentee landlord, I greatly appreciate how TrueDoor Property Management treated my property as if it were their own. Their level of management, services, and care has been exceptional.

I am a tenant for one of True Door's managed properties. Last year, in 2022, mold was found in our bathroom. The process of getting this remedied was a pain. The individual responsible for overseeing this project from True Door was very tough to deal with. Would only respond if it was with positive news, otherwise, we'd be left to find out the bad news on our own (workers just showed up one morning to close off and work on the bathroom and no advanced notice was given).

This year, mold was found in our kitchen wall. Thankfully this time, the True Door representative was Jose Gomez. Jose was excellent at maintaining communication, no matter how good or bad the news was, as it should be. Working with Jose felt like working with a True Professional.
