Let me start this review with just a note of how particular I am as a consumer- I critique every aspect and I can not tell you how pleased I am with RCE carpet cleaners. Jim and Dnin did an amazing job! They were prompt, professional and explained every step as well as aftercare. I will have them out again when needed and refuse to use any other company.

We hired RCE to clean our house carpet. Eddie from the office was very helpful and scheduled me quickly. Today, Jim and Dwin came to clean the carpet. Both men were very respectful and clearly explained the process. I paid extra for the enzyme treatment and it was well worth it. The carpet looks almost new! Jim took me through the house after cleaning to ensure I was happy with it. Very professional, both my husband and I are very impressed and will hire this company again based on this experience.
