I purchased a Groupon for services from RCE for three rooms and a hallway. Unfortunately, I didnt find out until after I'd made the purchase that my zip code is outside their service area. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and she helped me get my money refunded from Groupon, then was nice enough to honor the groupon pricing when I called back to schedule expecting to pay an added fee for the travel expense. The crew showed up on time, were very friendly, and had my whole house swept and cleaned very quickly. They even got some stubborn fruit punch stains out of the toddlers bedroom, that I had been certain were never coming up. By and far a great staff and a great experience. 12/10, would reccomend.

I have had the best carpet cleaning experience with RCE. We have our carpets cleaned frequently and the results we get with RCE are definitely the best. We use them continuously now. I was so happy that I made the decision to use RCE LLC for our carpet cleaning! I found them on Groupon but it was after reading all the other reviews that I decided to take the chance. Edwin and Jim were wonderful! They called to say they were on their way. They were polite (and funny!) and put the booties on to protect the floors. The cleaning exceeded all my expectations and looks great. We will definitely use them again!

Clarence and a Ernie did an amazingly thorough job. They explained everything in full detail, as we had a water heater leak and how it should be addressed, and took their time with everything making sure our carpets looked immaculate before they left. We’ll forever be RCE customers!

Edwin and his partner were great! They were quick and got the carpets looking they like were brand new! They did a great job explaining everything they were doing and showed us the problem areas! Great prices and they were quickly to get the job done!!

RCE was wonderful to work with from my first call to the completed job. They got me scheduled easily and quickly. They confirmed my appointment time, we're on time, and extremely professional. Jim and Edwin came to my home and they worked magic on my carpets. It's smells glorious and the carpets look brand new. Jim and Edwin were our technicians and tackled a really bad carpet. They called me when they were on their way. They were extremely personable and professional. They also had a nice sense of humor. They gave me detailed information on the steps in the cleaning process. The carpet came so clean I am still in disbelief. I would recommend RCE to anyone who needs a reliable floor care company.
