Working with RALA has been a game-changer for me. I first came across them at a conference where they walked through the Basics of Assisted Living, and that experience really opened my eyes to the potential of this industry. It gave me the clarity and confidence to take the leap. I really enjoyed meeting all the different industry experts as they shaped my perspective on the viability of jumping into an unknown industry.

Since then, I’ve been working with their team as I search for and prepare to launch my own assisted living facility. I’m about four months into the journey, and one of the most valuable parts of the experience has been the weekly coaching calls. They’ve helped me evaluate deals more effectively, avoid costly mistakes, and stay focused on the right opportunities.
