Residential Assisted Living Academy

The in person 3 day training is a must attend! If you’re new to RAL or have an existing home you’re looking to optimize, this in depth training covers everything from staffing to demographic research, to operating hands off to building from the ground up or from acquiring an existing RAL! On top of the in depth learning, you will meet a ton of their successful students who all operate care homes, and have full access to them to answer any questions that pop while you're learning during breaks! The RAL academy will share the good, the bad, the ugly and how to learn from all of their experience to do things the right way to help you be successful in opening up your care home!

I had a very small concern after the program and RAL has emailed and called me to make sure I had all the information and knew they were there to support me. I don’t have time to write a full review right this minute, but for sure, they care about the integrity of the program and want to get you going in a home.

I first learned of RALAcademy a year ago at an REI Conference and was very intrigued. I took the Home Course, attended the National Conference before attending the workshop. Every event including the 3-day live workshop affirmed my decision to move forward with the RALAcademy. The workshop walks through step-by-step launching an RAL with success. Every presentation by a coach provided a lot of valuable information that will help me along the way. The 3-day workshop is definitely worth the travel and time.
