The in person 3 day training is a must attend! If you’re new to RAL or have an existing home you’re looking to optimize, this in depth training covers everything from staffing to demographic research, to operating hands off to building from the ground up or from acquiring an existing RAL! On top of the in depth learning, you will meet a ton of their successful students who all operate care homes, and have full access to them to answer any questions that pop while you're learning during breaks!
