I think it is perfect deal for persons that do not want to live by them self's and do not want to live with family members. And can have a home a home like feeling. I tried to do that but I couldn't get the support. And the seniors don't feel they are in a institution. I hope to get all the paperwork from you you tried up all lose END

I know if some people who in New Jersey have converted one of their home into one. also on the street where my mom lives there is a resident next door

Those who are not family are typically previous students of the academy who have taken Gene's teachings and run with them. Something I am about to embark on. It has been 6 months since I took the training and the support that Gene Guarino and his team have provided since then has been nothing short of amazing. The process is taking longer than I expected but in my area I have to take the long road and build from the ground up. Not only do they answer the questions you have but they have but together a wealth of resources for experts in most, if not all, of the areas needed to develop one of these homes. Gene is very approachable and is truly cares about your success.

Thought the program was amazing. I have attended both the 3 day fast track as well as the on line school. Only suggestion for both is less time convincing students that this is a great opportunity...we already know that which is why we are paying the bucks to attend. So...let's just get down to business!!! LOVE YOU GUYS!!! Also...... I highly recommend that you (as an owner/operator) go get your own CNA license (took me one month). I did (and so has Gene and son Emmanuel). You learn so much of what your employees can and can not do! Best way to be an employer is to know what your employees are supposed to know!
