Brandon, the demo man, was extremely friendly and patient. He was helpful to us in make the best choice for our needs.Not pushy, explaining clearly the condition of our water source and our needs.

Dan, the installer, was very personable and efficient when installing the product. Cleaned up after the job was done. Asked if we had any further questions or concerns. Provided contact information and all necessary paperwork.

Just bought the Ultrefiner drinking water system and the Cleanstart laundry system from your company after having our water tested. We were shocked at the test results! Brandon did a wonderful testing our water and selling us these water systems. Dan did a great job installing these systems. Both guys were informative, helpful and friendly. We noticed the difference in our water instantly! It was great to hear both say that they like their jobs and enjoy working for your company. They represented your company well. Your company is obviously doing something right. Thanks for everything!

Very knowledgeable and nice persons. During the presentation which lasted around 45-60 minutes I learned a lot about water and water filtering. They brought my attention to some things that i did not think before.

Just had our second rainsoft water softener unit installed today. Yesterday Brian Lacey came to our home and diagnosed dead unit. Brian came to our home the day we called and reported water softener not working (fast service). First unit lasted 18 years even though expectancy was 10-15. The installer Dan Phalen was friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you Dan for the reinstallation and Brian for coming quickly.

Jessica called to say Steve, water tester, and Dan, installer, could get to the house a couple hours earlier than appointments which was a big help to us both days. Their fast service was greatly appreciated.

Thoughtful service - an email was sent ahead of the appointment with technician's photo. Technician arrived on time, was eager to explain and educate, but patient with all the extra requests for details. Answered all my questions, and if he didn't have an answer - placed a few calls right away to get that info to me. I'm planning to recommend at least the testing service to my friend (haven't decided yet on the installation service)

Dan was very timely and courteous. Showed me all RainSoft has to offer and what my options for my home would work well. He kept an enormous smile the whole entire time he gave his presentation. I am considering installing a water softner and drinking water filtration system in my home. My water wasn't as good as I thought it would be. Brandon, was so enjoyable to have into our home to test our water and explain the rain-soft system. He is very personable and took his time to answer all our questions. Jason, was quick, neat, and very knowledgeable about the products he was installing. We had to have Dan come to replace our sink faucet as the wrong finish was installed, but, Dan was just as enjoyable to have in our home too. Just a great team. Never did we feel "forced" to do or make a quick decision. Highly enjoyed them and now we are enjoying the great new water experience!

Dan is the sales rep who marketed the RainSoft water conditioning system to us. He was very knowledgeable regarding the working mechanisms of all the components of the system. He did not hesitate to answer our questions and if he didn't know the answer, he made a phone call to get it. We love our conditioner and reverse osmosis systems! What a difference in the taste of the water, the appearance, and there is no odor! We would recommend RainSoft to anyone. Jason installed our units and he too is very knowledgeable and was able to answer any question we had. Both Dan and Jason appear to enjoy their positions with the company and they spoke very highly of the company. Your company is fortunate to have these two fellas working for you.We have tried some of the samples from the soap package and are anxious to place an order. Really impressed with rain soft product line. Went from having egg smelling water that grossed me out to clean fresh soft water to shower in and thanks to the R O I can drink it as well. All in all happy with the entire process from no pressure sales to exceptional installation to a product that exceeded all my expectations.. Thank you so much
