I never knew how any of this works or the breakdown of the quality of water and the importance in testing it. Dominic from RainSoft of Northern Michigan impressed me with his knowledgeable and educational presentation. He performed a water analysis and explained the process of how everything works. He spent time educating me on the results of my water quality, answering all my questions very patiently. He showed the true definition of great customer service skills with a warm smile on his face the entire time. I would recommend RainSoft of Northern Michigan to everyone that has concerns about the quality of their water. I knew I had calcium and rust problems with my water, but also knew other than that, my water was fine to drink. It was nice when Nathan confirmed my suspicions and with no pressure sold me on the water conditioning system Rainsoft had to offer. No pressure, no haggling and I was given a fair deal on a quality product. During the evening, I had questions about the exact system I had purchased to find more information on the Internet and when I called the office, my questions were politely and promptly answered. The next afternoon, Dan came by to install my system in my tiny utility closet and I was very impressed that he was able to make it fit! Casey was real nice about setting up the appointment. She even called me back after several months to arrange it because I couldn't commit at the time this started. Our first phone call with Kasey was pleasant and informative.
Brandon's demonstration was like Bill Nye the science guy. We were impressed and amazed with what we learned.
When Dan came out for the installation he listened to where we wanted to install it. We had a small area available for it but with Dan's expertise and knowledge he went to work and when he was done we could not have imagined the install to go so well.
The water quality is beyond what we expected. My wife has an auto immune disease so we added the alkaline boaster and we have never seen water so clear.

Everyone is really friendly

Dale arrived on time and gave a very revealing demonstration.
He was an absolute gentleman; cordial, polite and entertaining for the duration of our visit.
His knowledge of the aquifers which were impacting our TDS score, was considerable and he did not try to "sell" us on the most expensive model in his inventory; only recommending that which met our needs.

Dan, our installer, was prompt, efficient and explained everything thoroughly. He also was professional, cordial and polite; installed the new unit and removed an old softener that came with the house, in about 45 minutes.

Our water quality is wonderful now and we are well-pleased with our purchase.
