Arrived on time, got to work and was successful in hook-up. Took time to explain the process to myself and my wife. We are initially really impressed with the improvement in our water quality

We had another "repair man " come out and we were told that our system was to old and needed to be replaced.We did some checking and found Rainsoft of northern mich and called.The ladies there are very helpful and in 2 days Dan showed up and said no problem to fix our system,2 days later he called back and made plans to reinstall our the rebuilt head unit.We are so pleased with everyone at this place of business.My husband and myself are overwhelmed with the service of Dan and the entire staff.

We had Brandon out to our house a couple nights ago. He was very thorough with the testing of our water, and explanations of the results. Having hard water is challenging, but I really didn't understand how many other issues could be unseen within your salt treated water. Brandon explained it all and we were greatful for the information! No more toxins in this houses water. Today we had Dan over for the installation of our new Rain Soft water treatment system. Dan was very polite, efficient, and also did a great job of explaining everything! Not once did I feel uncomfortable or uncertain with either of the gentleman. I can only assume they must be working for a great company, to take so much pride in their work! Thanks again guys, great job!

Jon came to my home and tested the water. He was professional and fun to talk to. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me very well.

It was good to learn about the tests and products available. The salesperson Robin was not pushy when I said that I was not interested in purchasing. So a pleasant experience.

The presentation took about 45min and Jon did an awesome job!

Jessica provided great customer service with explaining everything and setting up the appointment. Brandon also provided great customer service and explained everything clearly with the RainSoft products and system. He informed us about the products and respected that we weren't able to purchase the products at that time. I would recommend this company for their warranty on their products as well.

We were very pleased with Dale who came out to do our water testing. He was very informative and pleasant. He was able to answer any questions we had and we learned so much about not just our water, but other water quality issues that are out there. I would recommend Dale to anyone. He is not a pushy salesman, but is sincere and understanding to your individual situation.

Dan Phalen came out to our house to test our water and talk about their products. He was very punctual and professional. Overall it was a great experience to learn more about the results of the testing and how their products can help with many things. It is definitely worth considering and I was happy to hear that if we move we are able to bring the system with us and have it installed at a future house. I would recommend this company based on the level of good service and I like that they don't make you feel pressured into buying their products.
