First, I want to start by stating that I very rarely post reviews. If an experience is as bad as I’ve ever encountered, then I may. And, I generally only post a positive review when it’s been beyond my expectation. The experience with Nathan Darling was absolutely outstanding and far exceeded expectation.

We happened to see the water test kit at Home Depot upon entering one day, and figured, what the heck, let’s give it a try. We did so because the home was purchased in February and we were experiencing significant water spots, etc. Plus, we just wanted peace of mind that the water was of good quality.

Nathan was professional, polite, respectful of our time, thorough, and explanatory. He probably could’ve sold us everything under the sun because we know no better, but he didn’t. He was clear in what our situation was and what we needed to do in order to...

The two gentlemen that came to install where so professional. One was I think in training and the experienced gentleman was so great at explaining what to do and why to do it . Dale was so friendly. My boys thought he was the best. He showed them how the water testing works and they thought the was cool.
I thought it would take awhile in order to get our system hooked up but Bob came out on a Saturday, even left his family at the camp ground to put it in. I have to say I am loving having this RainSoft Water System in my house. Thank you Dale and Bob.

Dale W was a wonderful guy and such a pleasure to listen too. He was so knowledgable about the water tests, walked us through all the steps, answered all of our questions and presented the results of our water tests. He did not pressure us about buying a single thing, he gave our results, made a recommendation and was honest and for that he deserves a 5 star review for sure. When we are ready to move forward he will be the first person I call!
