We are so excited to have our new rain soft water treatment. I always thought our water was good because it passed all the normal tests, bacteria, lead etc. But when we had the rain soft test it was brought to our attention we had tannin in our water. I always thought we had hard water but it now explains a lot. The technician was great and answered all of our questions and the installer was there right on time and was very professional and courteous.

Nathan and Sam were incredible to work with! Their professionalism and honesty has probably saved me from serious illnesses. I would recommend their help seriously.

I wanted to share the excellent service I received today on our Ultrefiner drinking water system. We called to have our filters replaced and a check up on the Rain Soft Water Treatment Conditioner System too. The service technician's name is Dan Phalen and he went above and beyond the call of duty. Dan found a leak from our sink drain and fixed it!! He thought nothing of it, but stop and think he saved me from having to wait for a plumber. I am very grateful, as this reminds me of the good old days when service with a smile was the norm!! THANK YOU DAN!!

Excellent service and great to work with. Dan was very efficient with the installation and did an excellent job explaining the system.

Update: I had an issue with the softener - the system was not back flushing out the discharge hose and instead was discharging through the water in the house. I stopped in to schedule an appointment. They had me talk to a service person who explained exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. With about 5 minutes of work - he save me a service call and the system is working perfectly.

We are having a funky smell in our water and did a test at Home Depot. They sent us to RainSoft to have a professional come out and check our water. Mikkie was very personable on the phone while still being professional. Nathan was sent to our house, he was also very personable, friendly and still professional. He went through various tests, explaining everything to us and was also honest when he couldn’t find anything on his tests to account for our issue. He called other professionals to try and get additional information for us. He then put us in contact with another testing facility that will be able to delve deeper into our problem. I would recommend them to anyone having water concerns as a good place to start.

Great fella to do the water test. Very informative and knowledgeable but went with a cheaper brand. The free salt for the sign in my yard didn’t justify the 2000 extra for a unit.

sales rep Nathan and installer Dan were both effeciant, friendly (Dan wore a mask the entire installation) and professional. Dan went the extra effort to install well water to two outside faucets. No leaks, tripled checked. Expensive? Yes. But with a lifetime warranty, great customer service and our health and wear and tear on any appliance that uses water i felt it is worth it

I recently moved to Michigan and my water was very hard. I was impressed with Rainsoft folks when they thoroughly explained what the product did and what I was looking for. Everyone was very courteous and respectful. They came when promised and cleaned up everything when completed. It was pricey but well worth it. My water is so much better now even my pets are drinking more. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
