It's to early to tell yet. They don't have the rust remover in yet, and I have been staying at my daughter's house. I will have to let you know later.

We had them come test our home they were efficient and knowledgeable. Informed us of what is going on with our home and the possibilities of what could be causing that. They politely told us when we’re ready to discuss purchasing they would be happy to set something up. They were not pushy with selling us something and I really appreciated that. I will be coming back when I’m ready to make any changes.

RainSoft of Northern Michigan has improved our water. I can see a difference in the laundry, coffee tastes better, cleaning the bathrooms & kitchen is easier, & showing is actually a pleasure (not a chore). Very happy we decided on RainSoft of Northern Michigan from the sales representative to the installation Technician.

Brandon explained the system clearly, and shared our water results as he analyzed the water we had. The install took minimal time, the installers were friendly, and knew their job well. I have great water through out my home now. Bye bye faucet and shower filters!

Explaining everything very well to help us understand how good/bad our water is and what to do about it

His relaxed, no pressure approach has gained a future customer for Rain Soft.

I highly recommend RainSoft. The office staff, salesman and installation team were ALL very knowledgeable and professional. They answered all my questions and took the time to offer a thorough explanation of how everything works. The water softening unit and water purifier have been in operation for a few days now, and I am very happy with the quality of my water. It tastes wonderful - there is no taste- and there is no longer that slick feeling when rinsing off the soap during a shower!

We are happy with the product - a softener & reverse osmosis filters. Not real happy with the installation of the RO filter system specifically drilling through my quartz countertop. They say they are looking for a solution. We'll see.
