This company is fantastic. Colton came, explained everything while testing water. Helped us pick out unit best for us. He was very polite and knowledgeable. Jay came to install unit, he was also polite and knowledgeable. Answered all questions, explained everything. Cleaned up when finished. Then Colton called to verify everything was good and that we were satisfied. Can’t say enough about these two employees. Company is great and they are fortunate to have such great employees. Would definitely recommend.

RainSoft of Northern Michigan is fantastic. They called when they were on their way, arrived when they said. Colton was great explaining the different units , answered all our questions. He was very polite, well spoken helped us get the unit that would work best for our needs and very knowledgeable. Jay came to install it. Also polite and knowledgeable. Finished installation in no time, cleaned up and explained the system. Colton called shortly after Jay left to see how things went. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company. They are lucky to have this two wonderful employees.

Nathan did a good job of going through our water system and explaining each step of the process. Dan did an excellent job of installing the system, and describing what everything was doing and how it worked. He also went thru the maintenance steps, which are few, including the timelines. Overall, a good experience and much better water quality.

The salesperson was very professional and knowledgeable about the Rain Soft System when he came out. Our water was tested and deemed not safe to drink. After installing the Rain Soft System the salesman returned and retested the water showing us proof of good drinking water we now have!!

Very friendly people and amazing!

Tyler installed an under sink water filter system for us and he was excellent - he talked me through the steps, explained the system to me, and demonstrated how I will replace the filters when the time comes (if we want to replace them ourselves). He was professional and friendly and knowledgeable, and we’re very happy with the service!

On a whim we grabbed a water test kit from Home Depot, and I am glad we did. Nathan came out and gave us an education on water quality, and walked us through the options. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase anything, and we pulled the trigger on a system to clean up our water. Right on time, Dan showed up to do the installation and walked us through what he did and how to care for the system. Just a few hours in and we are ado happy we pulled the trigger. Highly recommend working with Nathan and Dan, it could not have been a better experience.
