Guy came and performed more testing than the sample I sent could determine. He explained the tests well, and after everything we determined a my plan of a new well would be the best thing with what I have to work with. Good experience, and was glad to not have products pushed onto me.

Our water tester was very thorough and informative about our water quality and water quality in general. All the tests he ran gave us all the information we needed in order to make an informed decision about making sure we have quality water in our home.

We use alot of water and our Rain Soft system keeps up with the use. And uses a fraction of the salt that our old unit! Can definitely recommend them.

Got my rainsoft system in 2018, enjoy the full service they provide with delivered salt, and love my water!

Dale from RainSoft came out to our house to perform a well water test, and explained the results and some treatment options. He was very pleasant and thorough. We appreciated his time and are considering the treatment options he suggested.

Dale is a good and knowledgable sales representative. He tested our water thoroughly and made solid recommendations for our (church specific) needs. Dale really knows the RainSoft product line he was selling. The only reason our church went with different company was an 'extreme' discount they provided.

The salesman (Mr. Wells) was punctual, knowledgeable and pleasant. The installers also did a good job. They worked with us on where to put the system, explained how it all works. Our water went from yellow to clear overnight.
The only reason we didn't give 5 stars is because of price.

I would recommend Rain Soft to other people. The salesman Nathan came to our home, tested our water and explained the proper equipment that was needed for our water. A couple day’s later the installer, Tyler came to our house. The equipment was installed very professionally and he explained everything how it works. Very Satisfied.

Dan the installer is top notch. He was very friendly and professional. Very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He made sure all the water fittings were perfect with no leaks or problems. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Overall I’m happy with RainSoft. The service was fast and helpful.

Tyler came and installed the filtration system today. He was efficient, informative, friendly and cleaned up after himself. Very impressed overall with installation and all communication with the office and employees I have encountered. Quick calls back and installed quickly after 1st inquiry.
