RainSodt of Northern Michigan seems really great. While we are in the middle of getting settled into our new home we are trying to prioritize what needs to be done first with our goals in mind. And in a year or so hoping to get a system installed. He explained everything very well and answered every question we had. It was a good experience.

I didn't plan on getting a product for my water, but after talking to the man and getting tired of the scale wearing out my appliances we decided to get help. Very friendly man who came out and so was the installation guys. I would recommend rain soft to anyone.

Our 21 year old Rainsoft water softener quit working. We have come to the conclusion that we probably needed a new one. We were contemplating purchasing one from Menards Home Depot etc. So I started to do my research. In the meantime I contacted Rainsoft to have them send someone out to see if ours could be fixed and to have our water tested, that's when we met Dan. I cannot say enough about Dan, he came in tested our water gave us our options no high pressure sales. We had already decided to go with Rainsoft again (do to my research results) because we were so satisfied with our old unit and how long it had lasted with our very hard water. I would highly recommend Rainsoft water softeners and if you get the opportunity to meet Dan that's just a bonus. Our new unit is installed and running I couldn't be happier.
