A great company with unparalleled customer service. I am over 2 hours away and they have come out every time I’ve needed service. Very knowledgeable and capable of answering questions for those new to Reverse Osmosis systems.

Dale came into our home to test our water. He provided a demonstration with great education along the way to help us understand what he was looking for and how Rain Soft could help. We have city water and were shocked to learn that our existing single unit RO system in the kitchen we used for years was not cleaning our water the way we were told it was. I often have thought about the internal impacts to chlorinated water but did not recognize the negative effects that happen to our body on the outside as well when our water is not clean and yet full of chemicals. Dale was so thoughtful and knowledgeable. We were very thankful for the insight and the level of options offered to meet us wherever we were at financially. We would highly recommend an evaluation to anyone who does not know with confidence what is in their water.

We had RainSoft treat our water and drinking water at our cottage up north. The regular shower and sink water worked well right from the start and was a good improvement. The drinking water took a few adjustments. Jay came recently to work on it and now all seems good. Jay was very helpful, figured out the issue and did some effective customer education. We are so happy not to have to drag cases of water with us to the cottage! Better for our convenience but also for the environment

We had a water softener system installed in our home today. The 2 gentlemen that came to install were very professional and kind. They explained everything so we knew what to do when filters needed changed and etc. Very good assets to your company these young men are!

Very good service! I highly recommend this company. I'm so happy for my softener and reverse osmosis and water softener all in two hours after my water was tested.

My wife and I grabbed a packet from Home Depot to test our water with RainSoft. They called us with results and I was intrigued enough to have the home tester arrive to my home with a kit to perform a purity test in front of me and my wife. We were surprised by the results and opted for their higher end purifier system that my wife and I can transfer to our next home. The install was smooth and professional. Both Dale (the tester) and the installers were friendly and professional, and I’d recommend working with this company to family and friends.
