I can’t say enough “GREAT” things about this company. I started with a water system in my Northern Michigan home in 2019 I think. And this company has become like a family to us.. I literally have called them for so many other things and reasons and at all different times and seasons and they seriously come right out with in a week and help me out even if it has nothing to do with the water system which idk. Because I’m a nurse and know nothing about home maintenance.. They are amazing .. every one of their employees that I’ve had an encounter with has been so helpful , kind honest and supportive . Dan from Rain Soft was here to do the yearly check and filter change on our system. He explained everything and showed us the very dirty filters. He is very efficient, very knowledgeable and very friendly!

Dale explained what the water testing results meant and what type of system would benefit us. And the install was fast. The installers replaced my old hot water tank with a new one and installed the Rain Soft system in about 3 hours. I was amazed at how efficient they worked.

Excellent service and product!!! Jay installed my water conditioner system, and Dom installed my reverse osmosis system. Both men were completely professional and very respectful with my home! Both systems work incredibly well. I am blown away at how delicious my water is now! And no more rust stains?! The best!!!! I highly recommend you give Rain Soft a call if you need a water softener or if you don't like the taste of your water!!!
