Friendly, knowledgable and price for work was reasonable.

Worked with John and Jackie @ Quinn's for about 6 months to get a replacement tankless water heater for mine that was defective. John talked with the supplier and with the manufacturer and it took us a long time but we finally got everything figured out logistically and my replacement water heater was installed last week! John and his team did a fantastic job with the install, including new vent piping and condensation hose. Very pleased with the work that was done and although they did more than i expected, the price quoted in the estimate was the price I paid. Very positive experience! Would use Quinn's again for sure!

My gas heater was installed 8 yrs ago and always had a problem with the baseboard hot water gurgling - call UGI, Stoudt's H&AC, and the original installer (Rainbow) came several times - finally got Quinn's Plumbing Heating Cooling and he FIX IT!!! YEA! it was installed wrong originally

After having a very positive experience when Quinn's replaced the HWH at my house, I suggested to my employer we start using Quinn's services when we needed plumbing help. John and everyone I have worked with at Quinn's has been just great. The #1 best thing is the constant communication. I'm kept informed of the status of the jobs Quinn's is working on for us which is really important. They provide both before and after pictures of the work which is invaluable. Highly recommend!

The guys who came were great. They were on time and very thorough, and explained what needed to be done and why in language I could understand. They also gave me reasonable estimates. I was very pleased with the visit, although they did not do any actual work (my choice not to proceed at this time).

Quinn’s was professional and prompt in completing the repairs to my water heater. They also offered information concerning the life and future maintenance of my water heater. I would definitely recommend them!

I love Quinn’s Heating and cooling. The boys are very knowledgable, and at the same time very friendly. They take time and answer all your questions. I am very happy with the new Heating/Cooling furnace, Goodman. And Javid said he would get all the warrantee papers, so I know where I stand with repairs et. c. The flushing of the toilet works great, and the handle as well. That’s a real treat. I have had bad handles many times in the past. So all in all I am happy with the products and my new pluimbers, what a treat!

We were guessing our water heater needed to be replaced as we were getting sporadic hot water. Turns out that the temperature controls were bad and there was disgusting black water in the bottom of the tank. I really appreciated that John gave us the option of putting money into the old water heater to repair it or purchasing a new one. With no pressure. It's good to know your options and to be able to make an informed choice. They took care of everything in one day including the water heater and doing a complete overhaul on our water softener system which had been let go for a long time without any maintenance. They were so kind and nice, kept everything very neat and cleaned up after themselves so well. We have a whole pack of dogs that can sometimes be quite a pain in the butt but they were not phased at all. We would HIGHLY recommend!
