Efficient and knowledgeable in the part that I needed, even though the clerk was fairly new at the job.

I was very happy with how knowledgeable the technician was and how efficient he was. Also the staff that I spoke with a few times were so kind and friendly each time I spoke with them!

They were prompt on showing up to take care of my problem. They said 2 hours and they were here in one and one half hours. We're very courteous and answered all my concerned questions and explained what they had done.

I needed water treatment for my whole house and I called Quality Water. Travis came out within 2 days to see what I needed and gave me a quote. They scheduled the install promptly and sent a very friendly and polite tech to install all of the equipment. It’s been installed for almost 2 years and has done an excellent job in both softening and removing the harsh chlorine taste and smell from the water. From beginning to end it was a very easy process with fantastic results!

We were quite satisfied with your services, especially the last one involving the new pump. Your technicians were most competent and careful in their work, and I’m happy to say that since your last visit, our water system has been working well, with good maintenance of pressure and no more intermittent pump cycling.

Quality Water Systems installed a new water conditioning system for me nearly a year ago and so far its worked flawlessly. The installers were polite and professional and I'm well satisfied with the company and its employees.

Travis came to our home and when we explained our needs, he went straight to work. First he increased my water pressure which I desperately needed and did it for no charge. He explained our needs, looked up the history of our well, sent us instructions on how to use the water softner and again, no charge. Then on his way out, he saw a dangerous situation of bare wires leading to our pump. Without another thought, he fixed it and let us know we didn't have to worry about it. Travis is an example of a true gentleman, a professional who knows his job and represents R&S Drilling proudly and honestly. God bless him and all those that work for this company. It's a little over a year since QWS did some work on our well/water system and everything is still working properly with no leaks. The work was done and they cleaned up everything. Very pleased and have recommended to all my family and friends

I am very happy that I got in touch with Quality Water Systems to check my well due to no water. George and Steve worked hard and replaced my pump in one day. They also removed one storage tank which was water-logged.
New pump is much quieter and more efficient than the previous pump.

On a Friday night my deep well met pump break and sprayed water all over the basement, I think a gasket blew. Unfortunately, I was told deep well pumps are being phased out. Called one water company, I won't mention the name of the company they said earliest they'd be out was On Monday. I called up Quality Water, around 9-10 pm, their operator let me talk with Travis, I was a bit reluctant to go with submersible pump due to extra cost, but it was worth it in the end, 3 guys came out around 8am, had issue resolved in 12 hours. Not only did they replace pump and plumbing but they gave some education on maintaining softening system and holding tank. I'm glad I switched to this company.

My well pump quit and they replaced it quickly and professionally. George and Nicholas kept me informed every step of the way. They did excellent work and did not stop until the work was completed. The service manager, lori was professional and friendly, easy to work with.

Cannot say enough good things about this company. We had no water and they came very late in the day, assessed the problem, gave us their opinion and our options and returned the very next day to fix the multiple issues. Many many thanks for their expertise and great service.

We recently had a well drilled and everything went smooth from start to finish. Steve and Joe did a great job with the drilling and installation even with the less than ideal situations they had to deal with. They answered any questions we had along the way and kept us informed as to the progress of the project. I also recently started bottled water delivery at work and Doris was very helpful getting us set up and working with me until we knew how many bottles we would need. And thank you to Mike for lugging the bottles up 2 flights of steps. Keep up the good work guys!!
