They came out to give me an estimate. No BS, no trying to sell me what I didn’t need like another popular company in the area did and the price is about half what the other companies was. Will definitely e using them.

Last Friday, April 19, 2019, we had an emergency situation concerning an abandon 2nd well/real estate sale of our property. Our realtor got in touch with Lori at Quality Water immediately. From the minute we contacted Lori/Quality the quality of help and service was excellent. Lori was cooperative, extremely helpful, professional and compassionate. She resourced our well history and figured out a solution in record speed. She had a QWS team, Rob/Joe, out to our resident within an hour to evaluate our situation. Received the county water quality report for the house we are buying and got quite a surprise. The well is not up to code and there is an old well that was never sealed or capped. Neither item was disclosed and we were under contract. Asked Quality Water for a ball park figure on what it would cost to fix. They had a technician there the next day! Great service! Code problems turned out minor and owners are sealing old well at reasonable price. Peace of mind had returned. Thanks Quality Water.

Last night my son came to me and said dad we have no water, I knew it was too warm for pipes to freeze so I checked circuit breaker box and all was good there, called the emergency line for Quality that was given to me by the person I chatted with online and was connected to a technician, they told me they couldn’t send anyone out that night, but someone would be there in the morning. Got a call early AM and she went over fees and services they provide, I agreed gave my payment info and she said she would call back once she assigned a tech. Within 15 mins I was notified someone would be out soon. The tech showed up fast, went right to work troubleshooting and within 30 mins we had water again. The Tech noticed we had some issues with the pump that would surely fail again, he clearly explained my options and was not pressuring me to buy anything, we talked about the pressure tank and...

We were super pleased with Joe and Logan and our latest experience with Quality Water Systems Having moved into a new house, we were not familiar with the well and water system. Our well started acting up, and with a downhill effect, caused our filter and system to shut down. On a weekend, that made it even more difficult, not knowing we can get service. When the Quality team got the call, they immediately called us and told us they were coming out to fix things. Joe and Logan were fantastic! They took the time to troubleshoot and fix the problem. After using several other water companies I called Quality Water Sytems. They made several changes on my system and my water problems were corrected.
