Outstanding professional company - a great value in water well service.

I just started last month receiving monthly water jugs delivered to my house. From the initial phone call, up to the service, everything has been professional and top notch. They are so easy to work with and provide nothing but the best quality. Not to mention on my last delivery of water, the driver brought my empty trash can up my driveway to my garage doors. Such a professional company that goes above and beyond. I cannot thank you enough for the quality of water and services you provide.

I just had a problem with a booster pump that Quality Water installed in my house a number of months ago.

When I called Laura at Quality Water to let her know about the problem her response was virtually immediate. A service man (Steve) was sent to the house and assessed the situation. He ordered the necessary parts and a few days later everything was perfect again!

I'm still choking on what it costs to replace my well pump but Travis was awesome and explained everything and was professional and kind and got the job done fast.

Our water pump quit working and when I called they responded very quickly! They came out and did an evaluation of our situation and determined that we were going to need a new water pump. They weren’t going to be able to replace the pump until the next day. But they didn’t leave us with out water. They brought a portable water storage tank to the house and hooked it into the house plumbing so that we could have water through out the house until the new water pump could be installed. Great caring professional people and high quality company! I would absolutely use them again in the future if ever needed!

I needed water treatment for my whole house and I called Quality Water. Travis came out within 2 days to see what I needed and gave me a quote. They scheduled the install promptly and sent a very friendly and polite tech to install all of the equipment. It’s been installed for almost 2 years and has done an excellent job in both softening and removing the harsh chlorine taste and smell from the water. From beginning to end it was a very easy process with fantastic results!

We were quite satisfied with your services, especially the last one involving the new pump. Your technicians were most competent and careful in their work, and I’m happy to say that since your last visit, our water system has been working well, with good maintenance of pressure and no more intermittent pump cycling.

Quality Water Systems installed a new water conditioning system for me nearly a year ago and so far its worked flawlessly. The installers were polite and professional and I'm well satisfied with the company and its employees.

Travis came to our home and when we explained our needs, he went straight to work. First he increased my water pressure which I desperately needed and did it for no charge. He explained our needs, looked up the history of our well, sent us instructions on how to use the water softner and again, no charge. Then on his way out, he saw a dangerous situation of bare wires leading to our pump. Without another thought, he fixed it and let us know we didn't have to worry about it. Travis is an example of a true gentleman, a professional who knows his job and represents R&S Drilling proudly and honestly. God bless him and all those that work for this company.
