I have used Quality before. So familiar with the fine work they do. Always professional and friendly. I have an older home and older carpet which had seen some use (2 boys and a dog). Was not expecting a miracle as I knew what it was, but they definitely way exceeded my expectations. Looks so nice now. It’s always so good to be able to support local businesses. Quality Carpet Care.......the best carpet cleaners that I have experienced. My 20 years as a Property Manager have seen a lot of carpet cleaners come and go. Their work was ok to fair....No other company can come close to Quality Carpet Care. Just a couple of months ago I had my dining room and hall carpet cleaned by another company. When the carpet was wet it looked clean. When the carpet dried it looked just as dirty as before it was cleaned. I was so lucky to find the Quality web site. I am thrilled that Quality really cleaned my carpet and saved the rug so I would not have to buy a new rug. I will call them the next time I need carpet cleaning. Quality is the BEST. Thanks, Tura

This service delivered everything they said it would. The carpet cleaning and the deodorizing of some pet stains were done thoroughly and in a timely manner. The service man told me exactly how much time it would take and how long it needed to dry. The results were worth it!
