Jack called before he came to let me know he was on the way. He diagnosed the problem and offered several solutions, at various price points and discussed what he would do if it was his pool, told me what his experience was with other customers with the same problem and the same type of equipment and spent a lot of time reconfiguring the digital equipment. He gave me advice as to what I should look for moving forward and told me what the cost would be if we went ahead and replaced the equipment that was giving us problems. So smart, such great customer service. Cannot recommend these guys enough!
