I used these guys to redo my pool and BBQ. Their work was outstanding and their timing was right on (meaning they actually finished in the 5 days they said they could do it). Especially I appreciated the tile guys - their work was exceptional.
If I had any thing to be negative on it was the clean up at the end. My cement deck could have used power washed but this is a small thing.
The owner was excellent to deal with as too was his sale person.

Jack called before he came to let me know he was on the way. He diagnosed the problem and offered several solutions, at various price points and discussed what he would do if it was his pool, told me what his experience was with other customers with the same problem and the same type of equipment and spent a lot of time reconfiguring the digital equipment. He gave me advice as to what I should look for moving forward and told me what the cost would be if we went ahead and replaced the equipment that was giving us problems. So smart, such great customer service. Cannot recommend these guys enough!

We used this company to repair a pool pump in our commercial building. They completed their task professionally and were quick and courteous in there dealings with us. We will be using them again.

Had a filter pump capacitor replaced and the circuit board on a pool heater replaced. Service was excellent. Fast, friendly, and efficient. Jack is knowledgeable and I would do business with him again.

This company is very fast, dependable and cost was very good.

I had an issue with my pool pump and I called several Pool supply and Service companies, a lot took my information but they took a day or two to return my calls, others couldn't service my pump within a 2 week scheduling.

Pool Service & Maintenance returned my call within 1 hour, had a quote to me shortly after the initial call and serviced my pump the very next day. And I had the option to pay my bill online once the job was completed which allowed me not to have to run home from work to pay the service tech, and for me that's a huge plus.

After having an awful experience with another firm, we tried out the Pool Professionals to fix a leak in our swim spa. They called before coming and let us know the time and did show up in the time designated. The only problem we found is that sometimes they were very busy and had to delay coming to our place.

I found this company on Yelp and decided to use them based on their perfect rating and reviews. Alex was very professional from the jump. I told him over the phone the issue I was having with my pool pump and he offered three possible answers with quotes for each so I knew what to expect price-wise. He quickly assessed the problem, which was my motor was dead, and replaced it that day. I didn't shop around, but the price seemed reasonable. Since he was there, I asked him to change the pool light since the bulb died. He looked at it, but determined the bulb was so old and he didn't carry that kind in his truck. He also noticed that the switch wasn't safe because it wasn't connected to a correct breaker so if water got on it, it would electrocute everyone in the pool. So he disconnected the connection and advised that it wasn't worth it to fix. He didn't charge me for the pool light...

My husband and I were very impressed with the prompt service provided by Pool Service & Maintenance Professionals. Alex and Jack were so helpful and thorough when completing the repairs to our pool and spa. They quickly responded to calls/emails to make sure our questions were answered. We had an old, inoperable hot tub that they got up and running in 1 day. I would highly recommend their services and will use them again in the future.

Better than five stars! Had a problem with a pool leak & Jack and Alex came to my rescue and evaluated what I needed to do. They began work immediately, found the leak and fixed it. Alex said they would stay until the problem was fixed which they did. They gave me a great price. I would not hesitate to use them again. I am so happy with their work that I am having them come out and evaluate my whole pool system and take care of whatever it needs.
As I will say again, great company to have work on your pool needs. Great guys!
