Jack came out as we were having an issue with our pool heater. He asked for make, model and how old the heater was. I sent him a picture and
a short video showing him the problem and he was like, I know what's wrong. I can be there tomorrow. I was impressed and said let's do it. Sure enough he showed up the next day on time and explained the issue and gave me a price which seemed fair and about an hour and change later..we got heat! Highly recommended!

So we initially we're gonna get our pool replaced back in 2019. But due to the pandemic we decided to wait and keep the money in our savings. Big mistake at the time we were quoted $19,000 for the same job we got done just recently which was well over double that amount. The pandemic really did put a price hike on literally everything. So we decided to get the pool done and started to shop around again. We did initially get a quote from Alex at PSMP when we first made the attempt back in 2019. So we revisited all the pool, repair companies and requested a quote in August and September of this year.
