Raypak 407 pool/spa heater can't fire up. Called PSMP, leave the message at 5pm, office closed. Then 3 hours later, got replied to fill up basic info. Received the initial estimate next morning, setup the appointment in two days. Alex came, diagnosed and repaired in 30 minutes. Wow! Their price is very reasonable, too. I will definitely recommend them in the future.

The last few times I have needed pool repair these guys show up on time, fix the problem and charge a really fair price. I have had others in the past that were so bad sometimes they wouldn’t even show up after scheduling an appointment. These days to get a pool service out and take care of the problem as good as these guys do is rare. They are the real deal. If you have a pool use PSMP Pool Service. You won’t go wrong.

We had a great experience from start to finish with Alex and PSMP. We met with several pool contractors before deciding to go with PSMP.

Alex was upfront with pricing, he also help provide realistic expectations as to when we might have our pool project completed. Due to Covid, Alex explained supply chain storages which would lead to delays getting materials and equipment to complete outlet project.

Alex was on time and if he was running behind, he would let us know ahead of time. We were updated regularly with our project and helped answered all of our questions along the way.

The tech was on time estimated what the cost would be ordered the materials and completed the project as stated.. All went on they did a very good job.

I had a problem with my spa draining overnight. I called Alex and he said he could come out next week. Within a couple of hours he said he could be at my house in 5 min. Long story made short, the problem was diagnosed and fixed within an hour. Price was fair and work done at a professional level. I highly recommend PSMP.

I had a problem with my spa and the jets not working. Called several places and not much communication from other businesses except for PSMP. They responded, followed up, communicated and were reasonably priced. They were prompt to the time stated and the work was done right away. I will use them in the future for any other repairs. I liked the fact that he took pictures of everything for future. That way when I call again they can look up my account and see the pool equipment in photos to know what they are dealing with.

We had problem with our pool light for a couple years then found PSMP on Yelp. I had a quick response from them in couple of hours. They came out found they couldn’t repair so had light replaced. Light was ordered and came out to replace. The repair guy explained everything clearly and finished the the job the second visit. Within that same week pool light operational! They were professional and communicated through email & text. We are very happy and will have next job scheduled soon for Deck-O-Seal. Thanks PSMP!!
PSMP came out on another appointment to repair pool deck seal around tiles that was really needing repair. Came out to our home right on time. Alex did a great job in a couple hours and was done! I know how labor intensive it could be! Thank you Alex!
