An exceptionally thorough report was provided for my property in exactly the same level of detail as that provided in the sample report. In addition, I also got a call David (the surveyor) that day and he give me a high level verbal report in advance of the paper report being produced. Very professional! This process was extremely fast, with excellent feedback/follow up both the admin staff and the David Usher the surveyor.
