Property Health Check

Excellent from start to finish, contacted property health check and had survey done within a few days. Shane rang me in the day to give me an outline of what came up during the survey and then a couple of days later I received a really detailed report including pictures.
Really happy with the service and would 100% recommend!

The team genuinely couldn't do enough for us when we were getting our potential house surveyed. Carmel was obviously very interested and we had a great chat when I called to finalise my quote (which I got online and was super convenient). The engineer, Peter, was happy for us to go on while he did the survey, and was more than happy to answer questions and guide us through the process and what he was doing, and was extremely knowledgeable. The only thing even remotely negative is that property health check are a bit more expensive than other engineers, however, I think it's worth paying the extra bit for ye service (and detailed 52 page report). Highly recommended!

We found this to be a very thorough survey, for what is purely a visual inspection. The method of organising and booking was very straightforward. Our surveyor David was very pleasant and helpful while the survey was underway, and as mentioned, was very thorough in his work. The report was very detailed and the legal section at the start was very helpful. Thankfully the survey didn't show any issues that we were not already aware of, and has given us good peace of mind.

This is the second time I haves used property health check. On both occasions they have been absolutely fantastic. Their reports are exceptionally detailed and include a legal section which highlights areas of potential concern which our solicitor found of great benefit.
