PROcon installed my new hurricane slider. Their team was great to work with. My sales rep, Laura Gahoulame was very easy to work with, and stayed in contact with me through the process. My project manager, Ashley Martin was also awesome to work with. He was on top of everything and ensured that the job was completed perfectly and on time. I was also impressed with the efficiency of their installation team. Very professional, efficient and friendly team!

ProCon was immediately on the scene after Hurricane Ian. They took responsibility for returning everything to its original state. They were careful not to further damage our property and furnishings. Hugo was superb and was able to triage the jobs in our absence, acquire materials, and hire labor. He is a very nice pleasant man who never loses his patience or his kindly demeanor.

We were extremely Impressed with Procon because of several reasons: 1. Our questions were always addressed in a timely manner. 2. Our site manager was extremely efficient and pleasant and always followed through with our concerns. 3. Given the fact that they were willing to take on 45 to 50 homes or condos that were damaged from hurricane Ian – they still kept everything rolling.. We are sure everyone would have liked to have had their home done immediately – but the way they did it was fair to all. 4. If we did have a concern they figured it out and made it right. Our high rise condo was damaged by a water leak from the floor above. We had substantial damage and contacted Procon to get our unit put back together. The assigned crew was thorough, efficient, courteous and quickly got our home put back together. The job site was always left clean at the end of the work day. We had heard many recommendations for using Procon because of their work in helping people with home damage by the IAN hurricane surge. We were more than pleased and can honestly recommend Procon. Procon is awesome! Howard and Jasmin are the best to work with. We chose Procon for a commercial remodel for us and there was honesty and complete transparency with everything from the initial estimate, the scope of work, permitting, change orders, and we even added in some additional design changes along the way that they handled with ease and professionalism. There is no one else I would recommend when it comes to general contractors!
