I have never had to make an insurance claim, let alone a claim for a new roof and was completely lost. I reached out to Jason at Pro Roofing America and he got back to me instantly. Jason and Austin walked me through the entire process, were extremely knowledgeable and provided WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE. In the end it was a great experience, and I love my new roof! For decisions as important as this, you want a company you can trust, over communicates, and provides a tremendous result. That company is Pro Roofing America.

Pro Roofing America is second to none! Austin was awesome to work with throughout the whole process from start to finish. He has no issues dealing with the all hiccups from my homeowners insurance, the MULTIPLE trips to my house just to get more information or to meet the insurance adjuster and roof experts. He stuck it out through the whole time.

Austin takes it upon himself to make it a personal relationship not just a business one. From day one when he stopped by to inspect the roof he seemed like a friend that came by to hang out, not just another business guy giving a bid and down the road he went. Even the night before he called told me what to expect for the next morning, he even asked if I wanted any breakfast if he were to stop and get something for his crew. (They worked on a Sunday). At the end of my experience with him, I considered him to be more of a friend and an ally than a contractor. He really is legit, and possesses compassion for what the homeowner needs. Place your faith in Austin and his company. He will not disappoint you. Hands down, this is the best roof I’ve ever had installed. And this is time number 5 over 3 different houses. Austin even showed up at the end to do quality control at its completion. He found a grand total of 5 nails that his crew had missed, and picked them up with the magnet himself. I honestly am blown away at how well I was treated.

Austin was very responsive and helpful with our roofing and gutter needs. I had contacted other companies and got no response. He came out when the insurance inspector came, which was very helpful because I know next to nothing about these things. They got the job done quickly and cleaned up after themselves well.

First of all, I was impressed by the professionalism and relational ability of Austin. He is an impressive gentleman. Secondly, the estimate was laid out with pictures and written explanation of the issues, which Austin sat down with me to review in detail. I went forward with a temporary repair and will use their business in the future for further repairs.
