I have never had to make an insurance claim, let alone a claim for a new roof and was completely lost. I reached out to Jason at Pro Roofing America and he got back to me instantly. Jason and Austin walked me through the entire process, were extremely knowledgeable and provided WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE. In the end it was a great experience, and I love my new roof! Pro Roofing America is second to none! Austin was awesome to work with throughout the whole process from start to finish. He has no issues dealing with the all hiccups from my homeowners insurance, the MULTIPLE trips to my house just to get more information or to meet the insurance adjuster and roof experts. He stuck it out through the whole time.

Austin takes it upon himself to make it a personal relationship not just a business one. From day one when he stopped by to inspect the roof he seemed like a friend that came by to hang out, not just another business guy giving a bid and down the road he went.
