Great service I highly recommend this cleaning service

We moved into our house ab 18 months ago and the carpet has always looked old and full of stains. We also have a dog, and with the recent rains, there were mud stains everywhere. We also had some tough sap and mud stains on our couch from our dog. Jeremy arrived on time and got right to work. Honestly, we didn't think it was possible, but somehow our carpet and couch look good as new! All the stains are gone! He also was able to do all the work in only an hour and a half. We can't recommend them highly enough.

As if the results weren't good enough, I am kind of an idiot and accidentally booked two carpet cleaning companies (I was just trying to get quotes but accidentally booked twice). Decided to use Pristine Cleaners again since they did such a great job the first time. They responded in a timely manner after contacting them and made sure to fit me in their schedule when it was convenient for me too. Overall, Dominick really took the time to make sure my couch look pretty much brand new considering how long I've had it (couple of years). Thanks a bunch Pristine Cleaners.

The cleaner I worked with at Pristine Cleaners was awesome. I had a client who was hoarding and the carpet was in serious disarray, despite letting the client know that the area needed to be clean during the arrival of the cleaner. I told the cleaner he could leave if the job was too, and we would pay the fees, but he was a trooper and stayed around. The carpet looked and smelled great afterwards and it was really quick. The cleaner that came by was very understanding and kind to me and my client.

I’d definitely go back to them again for any other carpet cleaning needs I might have.

I had been looking for a carpet cleaner. I saw a flyer for Pristine Cleaners. They came on the day I selected and cleaned 3 bedrooms and the hall for $149. The carpets are clean and they even cleaned and area where my dog recently threw up. Unfortunately, it took about 48 hours for the majority of the carpet to totally dry. I'm attributing it to the weather. I turned up the heater, turned on all the fans. Where the furniture had wood or metal I put down towels after 48 hours to make sure things dried. The great thing was they kept in touch with me and offered to return to help dry. I will use them again, just not in cold weather.

This review has been long overdue!! But let's make it short. I HIGHLY recommend Pristine Cleaners!! They are prompt, courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable in what they do. Did I mention reasonable AND affordable prices? (I called multiple places to compare beforehand) Communication was super smooth and not awkward. Try them out!!
