Pristine Cleaners' carpet cleaning is excellent! You can't go wrong hiring them for your carpet cleaning needs. I have an old carpet that really needs replacement but that's not in the budget right now. Along with normal year-end- clean-before-the-holidays soiling, Pristine removed rust marks caused by another company's over wetting and not protecting an antique metal frame, and mysterious blots likely caused by teenagers. The rug will never look new again, but it is clean and looks ready for the holidays!

Dominique did an amazing job with our move out carpet cleaning. Great communication from the company too. Really looking forward to using them again!

Dominick was very professional and text me when he was on his way. We needed the carpet in 2 bedrooms, a living room area rug and sectional cleaned. The carpet looks new like when we first moved in and the area rug looks like we just bought it. The sectional and area rug was dingy from our 2 dogs. I highly recommend Pristine Cleaners. They have excellent customer service! I reached out to Jeremy to clean the carpets in our new home and to possibly take out a stain from either a marker or ink. Unfortunately, nobody actually knows where the stain is from and the technician was not able to take it out. I was completely okay with the stain not being removed however Jeremy reached out and gave me a couple options with the stain. He even went above and beyond to reach out to someone that can possibly remove the patch and replace it. Ultimately, he came back a second time with no charge to try and remove the stain. Although the second attempt was also unsuccessful, my fiancé and are grateful for the impeccable customer service. Thank you Jeremy!

I have my carpets cleaned twice a year and decided to try Pristine for the 1st time. When I called he provided an immediate quote over the phone and was able to schedule me is the following day. Their technician communicated with me the morning of service and arrived 15 minutes early. Jeremy explained every step of the process and was able to remove tough stains that were left by past cleaners. Will Definately be my go to from this point forward.
