Cleaned my sofa and love seat. Both were super dirty from pets. They did a great job! Recently i used them to clean and wax my hardwood floors.

I reached out to Pristine Cleaners to get a quote for carpet and hardwood floor cleaning. Spoke with Dominick and Jeremy briefly to go over the scope of work I wanted. Jeremy was able to visit my property and provide a quote same day. He provided some insights as to the condition of the flooring and advice on how to care for it.

Cleaning was done next day and Jeremy came back the next day to ensure the wax had set properly!

I wanted to give him an updated review because he has been absolutely amazing. He always answers his phone and he books your appointment almost immediately. I called him stressed out, because our house started spelling like dog pee after rescuing a dog, and he said he will come same day. Called me back 20 minutes later and said he had a cancellation and was at our house within 30 minutes. He is very precise when cleaning carpets and I never have an issue with smell coming back. His prices are extremely reasonable as well. We will never call anyone else for our carpets to be cleaned. Thank you Jeremy!
