I cannot say enough good things about Primavera or our tech, Araceli. Hannah, whom I believe is the manager, has been so responsive and accommodating. You can tell she truly values the families that use their services, which is so refreshing. Araceli is our tech and we hope she never leaves us! My husband and I both work from home due to the pandemic and have an infant and a toddler. Araceli is so sweet and understanding of nap times and has a wonderful cleaning routine down. She is very thoughtful, thorough and leaves our home sparkling clean. It was very important to me that clean (natural) products were used in our home and I did a lot of research on cleaning companies in the Sun Prairie area before going with Primavera, due to their commitment to this. I cannot recommend Primavera enough. Thank you for all you do!

Guadalupe was excellent and very thorough. First cleaning since we moved into our new home. Happy to have Primavera on a monthly schedule. Going to be super helpful with 3 little kids running the house.

Mirna and Yami, the Cleaning Techs that cleaned our house, were both very personable and professional. The quality of work that they did far exceeded our expectations.
