Primavera Cleaning Service

Silvia did a terrific job today. She even went out of her way to help me move a heavy box.

I have used other cleaning services but Primavera is the best by far. Alba was quick and efficient, and did an awesome job. I highly recommend Primavera.

Primavera has serviced our home approximately two years. We have been very pleased with their work and efficiency in cleaning our home. Always on time and flexible with time changes as needed.

Very corporate, poor communication and rude office staff. Some of the cleaners are great but some don’t do everything on the list and the company’s only response is to ask for photos of the dust. Customer service is really lacking for a place that feels so corporate. Different cleaners would come each week and the time was not confirmed until about 24 hours in advance then a “lockout fee” of the full price is charged if you weren’t ready for the cleaners at the time that was just confirmed a day before. Would be 5/5 if the communication was better and the company cared about the services being done to the checklist in the contract consistently. Happy to try other options and clean myself instead of working with this company.

The service I had is for deep cleaning and the work done is worse than normal monthly service! There are many things that are overlooked all with a reason that they do not have time to clean in detail!
Basic things like water scar around taps, AC vents located in main floor, hood over the range, couple of tiles are still dirty in tile shower of master bathroom walk-in shower, main floor mopping of wooden floor is not done properly. We still see drops in few places that are clearly missed while mopping. Bathroom vents are completely missed. A certain place upstairs is completely missed dusting and cleaning.
After raising concern supervisor came and took care of most of the gaps but the whole visit was an unpleasant one. I will not recommend this cleaning service to anyone!
