I did a spin training with Prevailance Aerospace. This is my second training with them, the first one was UPRT. I am really satisfied with instructor, airplane, course progress, ground lesson, and flight lesson. Instructor was really friendly and tailored the lesson to each students, making the most outcome from the limited amount of time. Ground lesson covered all the important areas about the maneuver that we're about to do, and the flight was fun! I'll definitely do the training with Prevailance Aerospace if I have a chance again. Wow! That word encapsulates my experience at Prevailance Aerospace. The company has olde world values and commitment to customer service. I can only describe Mary as the matriarch as she takes care of almost everything and always has a great smile while accomplishing the current tasks. My instructors for ground and flight were Crunchy and Chris. You simply couldn't ask for folks with a better grasp on aerodynamics along with the ability to effectively communicate the same and their stick and rudder skills...The training is eye opening and experience invaluable. From the moment I first called to schedule training, I thought they were super professionals that truly cared about making the training a top-notch experience. Despite having a full schedule, they quickly found a training slot for me. Vanessa and Mark clearly explained how to prepare for the training and what to expect. Mark (the chief pilot) patiently and professionally took me through more than an hour of classroom training with plenty of examples, in depth explanations and videos to explain the physics of the flights and maneuvers. We are a busy and growing flight department. We always wanted our group to have the experience and benefit from an upset and recovery course. With our bust schedule, it was nearly impossible to get our entire group to be able to travel somewhere to accomplish this. At Prevailance Aerospace, they come to you which was not only convenient, but made it more comfortable for our pilots. The entire staff were very accommodating and professional. I left a better pilot than I arrived. I have implemented the methods in my job as a pilot and feel the response to an emergency is now muscle memory and filled with more confidence. I flew with Tick and honestly the entire time he ensured my safety and the quality of the flight. I had some nervous feelings starting and before the flight, he went over the information again and briefly explained what was expected. He allowed me to get comfortable with the aircraft and even practice maneuvers several times until I was safe and competent in performing. I did leave the flight feeling uplifted and excited.
