These guys were great! I called Premier Generator for a generator project and the pricing was more economical than a competitor. The office staff was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. The scope of the job grew to include a new electrical service and a list of miscellaneous small projects, which took 4 visits to complete. Everyone who performed work was very knowledgeable, did great work, and were friendly and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Premier for any electrical project, big or small. Keep up the great work!

Fast forward a year (June 2024), service was also great! I received a text someone would be scheduling maintenance soon. Just as previously communicated, service was quickly scheduled via text. The technician came and performed the work. Im assuming I’ll receive the bill in the mail. Really professional crew…!

I recently had Premier Generator propose and install a full home generator solution. All of the contacts have been very responsive and informative. The workers were professional and knowledgeable. They were helpful with educating me on any necessary actions on my side as well as details of their service plan. There was some challenge with plumbing the gas line and the team was able to deliver a working solution. I’ve been. Way pleased with the overall process and delivery of my working generator.

Well this being my first time using Premier Generator I am extremely pleased. The service tech, Charlie was very professional but easy to chat with to explain my service requirements. I would definitely use Premier Generator company again .

Kevin arrived at the specified time. Explained what services he was performing on the generator and set out to complete the task. He explained the need to add 4 ounces of oil if we ran the generator over 8 hours, showed me how to add the oil, and gave me a quart of oil for the purpose.
