PREMIER GENERATOR

We had our generator installed from Premier Generator several years ago. What peace of mind this gives us. Our entire town is dark with this horrible storm and three of us on our street have Koehler machines installed by premier generators. Do not hesitate calling Premier Generator in Middleboro. We highly recommend them. Everyone on their team was professional, knowledgeable, and accessible. Chris, the operation manager, came out initially and explained everything. We scheduled the next day. The entire process took about 2 weeks. Matt and his crew did the electrical work, digging, and set up the generator. Premier arranged everything ~ inspectors, propane tanks and delivery, etc. Charlie came out to do the final test and walk through. He explained everything thoroughly and clearly. It was truly a seamless experience. The job was finished on December 1st, and today, 12/18/23, the generator kicked in when we lost power due to high winds and rain. Well it seemed like a simple task getting a generator installed.....we spoke with 9 different contractors before finding Premier. It was a waterfront installation requiring a 14' height and the construction of a separate attached pad. Not one contractor with the exception of Premier could complete the project using "in house" people.

The best experience I have ever had from the beginning to end with any company I have dealt with; 100% approval rating for Premier Generator which includes every worker, the electrician who made the connection inside from the house electrical box to the Premier Generator box set up which allows smooth transition in the event we do lose power. The gas line extension to the house and new gas meter hooked up to the Generator.

Brandon and his team did a fantastic job installing a new 38KW whole-house generator. This required a fair amount of work, including running a new gas line, digging a trench for the cabling, and temporarily removing paving and a fence to get the generator in place. I purchased a new standby generator from Premier around 6 months ago. During my research I concluded that this company seemed to have a strong post sales service culture (which was missing from my previous company). Today I received a text message from Premier that they were coming to my home to check out a problem signal sent by my generator through their internet monitoring program. I was quite concerned when the service tech found that the machine had become disabled by the failure of a critical component and it could possibly be a week or more to get the necessary part.
