First timer and I’m excited to see what Brian can do for me

Last summer Brian offered an ebook with sample letters for tackling problems on credit reports. I got the ebook and finally sent my first letter in September 2020. Unfortunately, I did not send it certified and nothing changed. I resent the letter on November 28th via certified mail (like he instructed in the book) and by December 26th the item was gone from my credit report! My credit score increased 64 points and went from Good to Very Good.
