Tom Kametz was directly responsible for the success of the sale of my condo. The agent for the buyer was difficult to deal with, but fortunately Tom’s capability negated the buyers agents’s obnoxious behavior. The title company, selected by the buyers agent also presented problems in there ability to arrange for the wire transfer of the funds to my bank. However Tom came to the rescue and was able to resolve the problem between the title company and
