Move-out, after 3-years in a wonderful townhome was made easy with communications about tenant/property management responsibilities, and once the property was checked out after move-out, our deposit was provided in a timely fashion. Shawn was my landlord for many years. When the person that I was renting from decided to switch companies I stayed where Shawn went. He was always super polite, respectful and very personable. If something needed to get fixed in my rental he would always get back to me in a timely manner. It is not easy to find good people that can be trusted as a landlord. While I was with Pioneer Realty Shawn was really great and I have nothing but good things to say about him.
