I have been aware of Pink Link’s work since almost the beginning of the practice and it is such a blessing to have service locally that caters to a holistic healthy lifestyle with special attention to hormonal health. The program is a great introduction to change your lifestyle for the better with easy to understand, step-by-step instructions to implement this change. They cater to all aspects of physical health and even begin to touch on caring for your spirit. It is helpful to have the check-ins throughout the program in case you need help staying on track. I am appreciative of all the help and information and look forward to continuing to strive for a healthy life with their help!
