This has been my second experience working with Andrew, Andrea, and their team and it has been consistently great. The communication they keep throughout the transaction is unlike no other. You will not be left guessing where things are at, regardless if you are escrow/title, listing agent, and of course the buyer's agent as well. It's nice to have that open line of transparency throughout the transaction because so often there's important communication that isn't being conveyed, which in turn can hold things up.
