What an amazing team of people! So professional and quick. They all went above and beyond in making sure that everything was as they said it would be and at a very competitive price. I also appreciate the extra's, with their wonderful tech Sam teaching me how to use the thermostat and how to relight my pilot light on my water heater! I could not possibly recommend them more. I've received two bids for an HVAC R&R, both of which I'm not particularly interested in, even though I've dealt with one of the companies before and the second bidder was a referred contractor. Both prices were in the ball park, however only the first one offered a discount because I'm a senior and a veteran. The second was very close in the bidding process and took the time to inform me of all my systems deficiencies. I'm replacing a 20 year old Goodman system. So, I put out an RFQ with Angie's List and received a call from Micah, the owner of Phoenix Energy Solutions, within a couple of hours. I asked him what equipment he typically used and told him that I wanted a 34 ton 96% furnace w/ 2 stage variable speed blower and a 3 ton chiller coil and condenser to match. His products were all brands that I had researched. But, I've decided on Carrier...

I loved this speedy and thorough service. I called Phoenix Energy Solutions after work hours yesterday because our AC was out. It was 106 degrees outside, and 96 degrees inside. Micah knew we really needed the help. He committed to having someone come out the next day (today) and he followed up with a phone call first thing this morning. We were scheduled for a 3:00 appointment, but Micah called and told me he could come by early! By 3:00 today, less than 24 hours from our first call, our system was up and running. We could not be happier with the service and Micah. Micah installed our solar system last year and we are very happy customers. He is prompt, professional, and has excellent follow up.

Phoenix Energy Solutions was recommended to me by a family member. After using their services, I would recommend them to anyone who asked for HVAC service. First off, I called a few different companies and Phoenix was the only one that was able to offer me an appointment within a specific time frame. The other companies would require me to take off a full day from work because they could not give me a more specific time frame in which they would arrive. The service was quick yet thorough, informative and offered a competitive price.

We have been more than happy with all the services Phoenix has provided. We have used them to install 2 HVAC's , and will continue to go to them for all our heating and air conditioning needs. I would definitely recommend them.

Called Phoenix when our AC seemed to be dead. I know its definitely busy season with this heatwave; they were able to fit me in in two days (called on Tues morning, appt was Thursday morning) when other places were giving us appointment times of two weeks out.

Jason was early for our 11AM appt, diagnosed the issue and fixed it in under 30 min. I was so very happy he had the part our unit needed, and he was very professional even in the heat. (Must be rough when your only time being cooled is driving between appointments. )

I would definitely call them again! But hopefully next time for a check up and not because I waited too long to have it looked at.

I got a little scared because my A/C was not turning on and the Sacramento heat was coming in. I called Phoenix Energy Solutions yesterday, and he got me in the next day. He figured out the issues and replaced the part that was not working. Not only that, he educated me on how it all worked and showed me how and where to change the filters. Very Professional service that I will, not only use again, but refer to my friends.

PES installed a whole house fan last week. Timing couldn't be better with the high temperatures arriving the following the week. The model installed is very quite. Some of our neighbors WHFans sound like a helicopter is taking off from your house but you can barely her ours in the low setting and high is only noticeable underneath the intake. Very professional and friendly crew. Left no mess and we're out in 2hrs.

Great service, finished job on time as was told. Had new heat pump and ducts put in very happy with it all. I will recommend to my friends.

Phoenix Energy came out and did a tune-up. He gave us great advice and answered a lot of questions.
Phoenix also helped my parents and my uncle. He did a great job for them too! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a/c or heater help. They were very knowledgable and friendly.

We had a complete HVAC sytem installed by Phoenix Energy Solutions which involved cutting a hole in our hallway ceiling to remove the old heater from our attic, and install the new system. They also installed a larger vent return to improve the operation. After repairing the ceiling, texturing and painting the ceiling looks perfect. They installed baffles to regulate the flow of air into rooms as needed. They installed a more powerful A/C unit and included a noise reduction system, so the whole HVAC is whisper quiet. The crew was great, installation was efficient, and clean-up was perfect. We are very happy customers
