Spencer did a fantastic job. I was having problems with my air ducts spewing insulation all over my floors, and I had plumbers working under the house previously for 4 days, and they damaged some of the air ducts. Spencer checked all the air ducts for damages, he secured all of the insulation that was sticking out of the air ducts, sealed the air ducts, had a pressure test done, adjusted the air flow on the airducts and checked and rechecked several times to make sure insulation is no longer coming up out of the floor vents. I really like this company. Spencer did a very thorough job and did everything possible to solve the problems.

My solar inverter needed to be updated and many solar companies I called had no reliable phone person and never called me back or gave me exhorbitant estimates for a vague estimation of how much work they may have to do. Phoenix Energy Solutions answered the phone quickly and were professional and respectful. They thankfully gave me a reasonable estimate for a quick job. Spencer showed up when promised and was very respectful and completed the job. My solar panels are in service again!!

I highly recommend Phoenix Energy Solutions for HVAC service and repairs! Last summer during the July 4th heatwave our 10 year+ old A/C stopped working! After calling many companies, Phoenix was able to quickly send someone out to diagnose the problem and get our new part ordered. We also signed up for their REST semi-annual checkup program and receive 15% discount on repairs. Then yesterday our A/C stopped working again! I called Phoenix after hours to let them know, and they returned my call and sent Justin out first thing the this morning. He diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. I feel like a VIP and am so happy I found Phoenix and signed up for the REST program! Thank you Phoenix team!!

We had a small drip coming through the roof over our porch and thought it might have been from the solar installation last year. I called over and they set up to have their team come check it out. Two knowledgeable young guys came out today and went up on the roof and found there were a few screws from the original metal roof installation beneath the solar panels that were loose. In no time at all they took up a few of the solar panels and tightened down the screws even though they were not directly associated to the solar installation. I appreciate how quickly they responded and how down to business the techs were to resolve the issue. Five Stars and many referrals to come!
