Pet Stop of Wichita

Heard about PetStop from a friend and went to their website and found a great thorough questionnaire that aided in finding out the things we needed based on the breed, size and mannerisms of our dogs and also the size of yard. They were quick to send an estimate and able to answer all my questions. We live off a busy highway on just over an acre so we wanted to make sure our pets would be safe. We have a Goldador and a German Shorthair Pointer, one of which is a habitual runner— any chance he can get! Cody and Mitch came as scheduled, went over everything again for us, installed the fence and system- then provided great instruction working with each of our dogs with us. I had an existing underground fence that had stopped working. Once I contacted Pet Stop of Wichita they were able to get out and review my problem right away. Cody troubleshooted the situation and identified I had several breaks in my line. He was able to get the system up and working in no time. He was very personable and easy to work with. Five stars for my experience and I would recommend him to anyone looking to put in a new fence or repair/upgrade and existing one!

Cody was so helpful!! I needed a collar for another dog and he came out that same day to bring me one. He set it up for me and even helped me adjust some settings. He answered all of my questions and even called me the next day to make sure everything was working correctly. I would highly recommend this company!
