Pet Stop’s product are amazing. I have two pit mixes that love to be outside and simply run and play through our front and back yard. We were leery of an invisible fence working for our kitties but we were wrong. One of our neighbors told us she thought this type fence would work for cats. She had used Pet Stop North Georgia for her dogs and was extremely pleased. We gave them a call and they assured us the fence would work for cats. We set up a time for installation and initial training instructions. The tech showed up right on time and the installation was done in a few hours. He gave us training instructions and told us they would come back whenever needed. Within 10 days the kitties were fully trained. This time frame might be different for some but cats seem to learn the system right away. Now Ben and Jerry can play all day in the yard and be safe inside at night. Having owned my own company I would highly recommend this company for its customer service and high quality products.

The dog fence from pet stop has worked great for us! Everyone at pet stop is very friendly and has excellent customer service. We opted for the Bluetooth system - I can track our dog’s activity from my phone!!

I have had nothing but top rate service and quality from this company! From installation to training to helping out with a lost collar. We have had the fence for almost two years now and never had a problem. (excpet for my dog losing its collar :) It was very easy to train our two dogs with the guideleines given at installation and we have never had any issues with the mechanics of the fence or the collars. I have known Mike Sinteff, owner of Pet Stop of North Georgia, for nearly 14 years. There is no one more honest and with more integrity than Mike and his team at Pet Stop of North Georgia. In addition to installing the safest and most technologically advance fence, Mike is an expert dog trainer so he knows how your dog will react to its new enclosure. I place my trust with the team at Pet Stop of North Georgia to do what's best for my two dogs.

Much to our dismay, our neighbor called us the other day to let us know that our husky had come to visit! When we got home from work, we discovered that our electric fence was beeping and he had escaped. I had to put our dog on a chain the next day, and called Mike that morning to let him know our fence wasn't working. He had a service technician to our house by that afternoon! Wesley discovered a break in the wire caused by a landscaper, got it fixed - and our dog was back safely in his dog pen that night!

Mike and Matt were sure that my 1 year old Olympic jumping American bulldog would be contained. Literally would jump fence every day. They were right. Been almost 3 weeks and he’s lost all interest in getting close to the correction. Very informative, fast and professional throughout the purchase and installation process. Highly recommend to even the toughest most stubborn dogs.

LOVE our new underground fence. Adam was amazing. Very professional! Due to some trees on our lot, he had to re-route the wiring to maximize the space for our dog. He did it with no problems and did an excellent job training my dog and myself. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an underground fence.

My Pet Stop Underground Dog Fence is amazing! Mike and Adam offer super personal support and even walked me through a few steps over the Phone. My dogs live on a 5 acre yard in a wooded area where lots of critters tempt them to run out of the yard. The fence has kept them safe and contained 100%!

We've had our dog fence for about 14 years. We've never had any problems with it except when wires got cut, and once it was struck by lightning. When we had the lightning strike, Mike spent a long time with me on the phone, troubleshooting and walking me through some steps of things I could check, in hopes of possibly saving me a service call. I really appreciated his time and his patience with my very limited understanding. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pet Stop of N. Georgia.

From start to finish, and even one repair later (cable guy cut the wire), Pet Stop crew has been phenomenal. The installation crew was particularly friendly and informative, and I can't say enough about how great our experience has been. The fence itself has also been VERY effective and has alleviated our concern with our runner. If we ever move, we will definitely use them again. Very happy customers here.

Our dogs collar stopped receiving a charge after 5 years. Got a quick call back & quick turnaround time after sending back collar with $25 processing fee. Now have a new charger and receiver. Thanks for the great service.

I am in love with my new Pet Stop "fence" system. Like probably a lot of people, I had a situation where my 12 month old black lab puppy was starting to dig under my existing wood fence. I was afraid that he would eventually get out while I was away at work and started my search immediately for a system. After reading all the glowing reviews for Pet Stop and actually interviewed 2 other companies, I knew that I wanted Mike and Adam to install the system. Training "Bear" was a lot easier than I thought and he caught on very quick to the concept. Not only was the perimeter of the fence around the house contained but other areas where amazingly blocked off too (half of my deck and the expenseive riverstones under my deck where Bear was relieving himself). We had a PetStop system installed for our German Shorthaired Pointer, Prince. Mike and Matt Sinteff were very cordial and informative to work with. Their guarantee is outstanding and they do honor it very well. About two weeks after the installation we had a small problem and Mike drove up to our home in the Appalachians to give us help. He spent 3 hours with us (not to mention the almost 5 hour round trip driving time) and did some adjustments to our system. Prince is now reacting better to the warnings of the PetStop signals and we feel at ease knowing that he is adapting very well without undo stress. Mike is very sincere about providing good service and this service call surely proved it to us. We highly recommend PetStop and the Sinteff family. They are GREAT people to do business with! Pet Stop is the best way to keep my pets contained in our yard also have one in the house to keep them off the hardwood floors. When I had a problem with the collars they we're out here to fix it. I would recommend them to any one who does not have a fence to get one. I live that my dogs can go outside and I don't worry if they have run off or the chance to get hit by a car. We love Pet Stop.

Best customer service I have ever had. They installed my fence over two years ago. My 2 year old Beagle started getting out of the fence a few days ago. I called and they helped me reprogram my receiver over the phone. They were very concerned for the safety of my dog. The adjustment did not stop her from getting out. I was sent a higher volt collar at no charge. I would recommend them to anyone that has a pet.

They do an incredible job! I have fence outside and also in rooms inside my home. It works great.
I've also used their dog training services as well as boarding.
