Pet Stop is the best way to keep my pets contained in our yard also have one in the house to keep them off the hardwood floors. When I had a problem with the collars they we're out here to fix it. I would recommend them to any one who does not have a fence to get one. I live that my dogs can go outside and I don't worry if they have run off or the chance to get hit by a car. We love Pet Stop. Best customer service I have ever had. They installed my fence over two years ago. My 2 year old Beagle started getting out of the fence a few days ago. I called and they helped me reprogram my receiver over the phone. They were very concerned for the safety of my dog. The adjustment did not stop her from getting out. Mike Sinteff and the Pet Stop folks have been so very helpful to our family. They set up the radio fencing through some rough areas in the woods that make up part of our back yard. They covered front and back yards, and set up barriers to keep our dogs out of our flower beds. Helped teach us to train our dogs for the proper use of the barriers.

Mike and Adam did an excellent job, were very professional and explained everything they were doing before they did it. We had another invisible pet fence that kept going down and the collars would break and we could never get a hold of the people who put it in. We ended up replacing the whole fence system with the Pet Stop system and have been so pleased. The fence works great and they were able to program our Japanese Chin's collar so that she would no longer bolt across the fence. We now feel better about letting her be outside. We have 3 dogs and they all weigh around 8 lbs., we purchased three eco-lite rechargeable collars and they are light and comfortable for the dogs, plus they each have their own color so we do not have to figure out which one belongs to which dog. I had an underground pet fence installed a few months ago for my chocolate lab. No matter what we did he just wanted to get out to see where we went. I would get calls from all over the neighborhood that they had my dog to which we would tell them just let him go I will call him and he will come home. I called about having the fence installed and 2 days later first thing in the morning they were here to install. They had the fence all installed and ready to go in about 2 hours. My front yard, and my backyard are both now wired so my dog will stay on our property. Today a man was jogging past our house while he was in the front yard with one of my children. My wife and I decided to install a petstop underground fence due to our dogs continuing to run away. I gave Pet Stop a call and spoke with Adam, who gave me an estimate which was fantastic. Later Adam and his father Mike came and installed 4 acres of fencing. I was not sure how my 2 Labrador retrievers would respond but with the training given to us by Mike and Adam, our dogs now stay in their area with no issues. We are very pleased with every aspect of out experience with Pet Stop. Mike and his son explained all of the aspects of their product and service prior to our moving forward with their solution. They openly discussed the differences between Pet Stop and their competitors. Everything they promised before the sale is the way it was handled after the sale.
