We have enjoyed PetStop ever since our first dog in 2020. We didn't know what we were doing with pet ownership, and PetStop not only provided confidence that our fenceless yard was going to be OK, but that we could be good dog owners! They were patient through the training, fielding all our questions, even after the appointment. When had some equipment concerns, they were quick to send replacements and suport. Recently, they came to fix the wire after we got too aggressive with a tiller and nipped a wire. They even came to reflag the property when we were planting a new tree. Highly, highly recommend.

PetStop fencing is worry free for us for a couple of reasons. It is a highly effective way to train our pets to stay on our property. The installation was a smooth process, and the installers assisted us to demonstrate necessary dog training. PetStop support does not end there. Pamela always answers the phone when we call (no AI or recorded message). Even though we’ve had the fence for a few years, Pamela has been extremely helpful when I call to ask questions about the collars or adding a new pet. Her response is as genuine and helpful as if the fence was just installed. I appreciate the ongoing top notch customer service! The fence also has been fabulous for us and our neighbors. We keep the sign up indicating there is an invisible fence and neighbors on a walk always stop to visit with our dogs.

We’ve had PetStop service for 10 years. Had some major tree work done last week that caused several breaks in the line. Matthew [Matt] came out this morning for repair. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and great to work with. We appreciated his friendly demeanor and expertise. Great job.

The Pet Stop option for us has been more than we could have hoped for. They have kept our dogs safe for four years now. Our girls are Beagles and we live close to a National Park and town. They were escaping daily with just the metal fence, but they have not gotten out once after we called Pet Stop. Thank you Pet Stop!

They installed at my home and my office. More so than the seamless installation, is a continued service level.

Adam came out & explained how the program works. Very easy to talk to & very professional. He understood our concerns about our Jack Russell Shortie, Princess Isabella. She can get thru our fence w/ease. We set the installation date. Matthew came out to install the electric fence. He Took time w/Princess Isabella to show her about the flags that w/keep her w/n the boundaries of the yard. She caught on immediately. He also offered to come back if we felt we needed more training.
I would highly recommend this company. All our needs were met & our lil Isabella is know safer.

The Marshall was about to pick up my dog and give me a ticket when I showed him my contract for putting in the underground fence and they allowed me time to get him trained and now he never leaves the yard such a relief just to let him out now in these cool nights, he doesn’t want to come in

These people are amazing. We’ve tried everything to fence our dog in and Adam was the guy that was capable of doing it. I tried the GPS fence but it drifted so bad I couldn’t use it. Building a fence would have been costly and unsightly. Our neighbor recommended Adam after liking the results with his fence. Adam’s installation went great and he was exceptional with his training. We didn’t meet his assistant, Pamela but she was just as impressive with setting up appointments and answering questions over the phone.They run a very well oiled machine.

We reached out to PetStop after exhausting all of our options for our 2 pups Caine and Koda after they learned they could dig/jump over the fence we have in our backyard. We have one particularly “stubborn” dog who had to be leash walked every time he was outside because we could not contain him any other way. It caused a lot of stress for our family and it caused us to have 2 young dogs who became very rambunctious in the house and who started to become very bored with not being able to run in our backyard and get their energy out. We called and Pam got us scheduled for a consult in just 2 days! Adam came out and went over all of the options with us and we scheduled the install before he left! Install was very fast (even in rainy weather) and after Adam showed us the whole system and how it works, along with doing a training session with each dog to make sure we were clear on how the...

Awesome customer service!!! Had trouble with my collars, helped me troubleshoot, found the problem, new collar device sent and she did all the paperwork. Appreciate this stellar customer service. As I remember, installation technicians were awesome and dogs adjusted very well to system. Love it and want my dogs safe on my own property.

Mike is wonderful. I texted him late on a Friday with a broken collar from my 2 dogs playing with each other. Mike immediately responded and fixed the collar the next day Saturday! He is a great outstanding man that praises God and it SHOWS!!! I’ve had this system going on 8 years now. The only issue Ive ever had was this one issue where my dogs (Catahoola brothers) were play fighting and broke one of the prongs. Fixed next day!!! I highly recommend this product. It’s worth the $$$.

I call Petstop of N Georgia in desperate need of some help in reprogramming my dogs collar receiver. I tried everything to no avail, so I called and was walked through step by step to perfection. I wish I could remember her name because she does deserve personal recognition.

It’s rare when you need service and a company calls you back immediately. Even more rare when he needs service on a weekend! Adam called us back immediately walked me Through the process of checking my underground fence and together we diagnosed and repaired the problem.
